| An item or items may be returned for full credit within 15 days of receipt. Shipping and Handling Fees will not be refunded. Items must be in their original packaging and must be unopened, unused and not damaged in any way. Due to the nature of our products, some delicate items may not be returned & items that have been used cannot be returned.
Items that have been opened, used or damaged will not be refunded. Please note that we are unable to exchange items, except for items received damaged, defective, or are an incorrect shipment fulfillment.
A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Please note however that a 20% restocking fee may apply to some items. Contact NASABB by phone 866.674.3313 or email us for your Return Authorization Number(RA#). All returned items without an RA# will be discarded and no refunds will be issued.
We urge you to purchase samples if you have not used our products before. Try it out before you make a decision. Our return policy is strictly applied.
