All orders are shipped within 24-72 hours except on weekends, holidays, bad weather or in the case of system malfunction. Please allow 24-72 hours plus specified transit time associated with the shipping method you select. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please allow 3-10 business days for orders to arrive. International orders please allow 2 weeks for packages to arrive (business days does not include weekends). We ship via USPS (US Postal Service) or UPS GROUND based on your shipping selection during checkout. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air Shipping
All orders should be received by 11am CST (M-F) in order to be shipped out the same day. All orders received after 11am CST (M-F) will ship the following business day.
Out of Stock Items
Items out stock will be indicated online. If you choose not to give a proper email address, NASABB will not be responsible for any delays due to incorrect information. We do not partial ship orders. Ordering products that are out of stock will delay shipping.
Refused Shipments
A restocking fee of 30% will be retained if you refuse your package and it is returned to us. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
Returned Packages/Alternate Delivery Address
Packages returned to us by UPS due to inproper address information will be charged a minimum of $10.00 per package. Packages delivered to an alternate address other than the shipping address on your invoice will be charged a minimum of $5.00 per package. Packages returned to us by USPS due to inproper address information will be charged a minimum of $5.00.
Missed Shipments:
If you miss taking delivery of your package and it comes back to us, we will inform you via email. The package will be held in our warehouse for 24 hours thereafter. If you choose to have the package reshipped to you, you will be recharged for shipping. If you choose not to have it reshipped, a 25% restocking fee will be retained. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
Summer Shipping:
Due to the extreme summer heat in Texas, we will only ship Monday - Wednesday except for Next Day or 2nd Day Shipments. So please expect your packages a couple of days later than usual.
